About Us

We aim to challenge and reinvent; to find more effective ways of making our clients’ brands move their customers. And to do so in a manner that is differentiated for their brand while being relevant to their specific customer. We aim to Resist the Usual. This is not difference for difference sake; that way lies gimmickry and short-termism. This is difference and relevance, the cornerstone of successful brand building. We use the power of insights, ideas and impact to deliver work that’s impossible to ignore. This binds us. This fires us up. This is who we are.

Tracy Takes On The 94.7 Challenge

4 December 2014

Head of print production in Y&R SA’s Johannesburg office, Tracy Brown, recently completed the 94.7 Cycle Challenge in support of the Paige Barson Centre for Cerebral Palsy Children, which is a unit within the Tambo Memorial hospital in Benoni. Since its inception, the centre has gone from serving a few children a month to accommodating around 65 children with cerebral palsy (CP), Down’s Syndrome and autism.

The centre was fortunate to see an increase for 78 to 251 riders from last year’s event, and overall the team raised more than R282 000 for the charity.

Although Tracy found the new route incredibly tough and was plagued with craps and pulled muscles, she managed to finish the challenging race (where 30% of entrant couldn’t).

Well done, Tracy! Team Y&R is very proud!
