Labstore South Africa, shopper marketing business unit of Y&R South Africa, recently won a highly coveted trio of brands in the General Mills stable.

Work on the accounts for Häagen-Dazs ice cream, Old El Paso authentic Mexican meal solutions, and Nature Valley original granola bars will commence immediately, and includes TTL services with a specific focus on shopper retail and trade solutions.

According to Asheen Dayal, Senior Marketing Manager of General Mills, Labstore South Africa was the standout agency during the three-way pitch effort. “Their ability to understand the brands and to arrive at shopper solutions based on solid strategic insights was quite remarkable.
